Information for Faculty
This service is available to all teaching staff. In order to facilitate the processing of your course reserves in sufficient time, please send requests using the Reserve form by Aug 1 and Dec. 1 for the fall and winter terms respectively. For each item requested, please complete one copy of the Reserve Request form. Note that photocopies are limited to one copy only per article due to space restrictions. It is important to indicate on the form the length of the reserve period so that library materials can be replaced on the shelves, bookstore materials can be returned, and personal items can be forwarded to the department, once they are no longer required for the reserve collection. As well, it is necessary to note that photocopies will be discarded if the form does not indicate these items will be picked up at the end of the reserve period.

Information for Students
Important course materials are placed on reserve at the request of the instructor and are shelved behind the circulation desk in the libraries. Most materials are for short-term loan only and some must remain in library. To retrieve these materials, come to the circulation desk and request the item by course code.
