The customers of the MPL Dept include:
- all OCdts, who must take three mandatory courses in psychology over their four years at the College;
- Students taking courses at a distance;
- students following a minor programme in psychology;
- students from the Arts, Science and Engineering Divisions who wish to take a psychology elective as part of their major programme;
- War Studies graduate students who wish to take a psychology elective as part of their graduate programme;
- recently posted-in Military Wing officers who are required to take a seminar on leadership, counselling, and ethics; and
- Cadet Wing leaders responsible for the Recruit Orientation Course (ROC) are required to take a seminar on leadership and counselling to assist them in conducting the orientation camp.
