  • Officer Cadets Evelynne Gauvin, Etienne Pouliot and Alexander Castagna. These first-year cadets from 3 Squadron, Grizzly flight are blindfolded and must work as a team to get heavy jerry cans up a steep hill. For this exercise, communication is critical.   • Officer Cadets Bolduc, Diotte, Patrick Jireada, and Edgar Gonzalez. Using a teammate as a human rope, a first-year cadet jumps to grab the legs of his teammate and hoist himself over the obstacle dubbed "the wall".
