Welcome to the home of RMC Paladins Men's Volleyball. The team, currently coached by Steve Leknois, competes in the (OUA) Ontario University Athletics & USPORTS. The Paladins have five two-hour practice sessions per week, which incorporate training on court, weight training and video sessions, to go along with a highly competitive home and away schedule within the OUA as well as numerous tournaments throughout Canada.
