Research

Dr. Vincent is the principal investigator for the RMCC Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) mission scheduled for launch on the CanX-7 nanosatellite (10 × 10 × 30 cm, 3.5 kg).  The ADS-B receiver will demonstrate a technology for monitoring air traffic from space.

Dr. Vincent also conducts research in Arctic remote sensing, specializing in sea surface temperature algorithms for arctic waters and marginal ice zones.
